Implementation, and Evaluation

This graduate reading seminar will survey the
literature on educational technology design, implementation, and evaluation.
Readings will be drawn from the educational technology literature, relevant
articles from the cognitive science and human-computer interaction literatures,
and from the 2002 book "e-Learning and the Science of Instruction: Proven
Guidelines for Consumers and Designers of Multimedia Learning" by Clark
& Mayer. Grading will be based on
participation in class, participation on the blackboard discussion board, and
on a final project. Graduate students
with an interest in educational technology research or development and some
background in a related discipline are invited to enroll. Questions about the course can be sent to
