Subject: gcc-2.95.3, and fix to libwith.a
Cc:

gcc-2.95.3, built for glibc 2, is now available in

/afs/cs.cmu.edu/academic/class/15721-f01/gcc-2.95.3

The Makefile for the BufMgr project has been updated to use the
g++ in the bin/ subdirectory of that one.

A fix was made to the BufMgr code -- some of my recent code
hadn't been propagated from my private testing directories to
the lib/ directory. That's fixed, so buftest_with should
actually pass the LRU test now...

A note on platform: The code will currently build on, say,
the unix.andrew.cmu.edu machines, but will seg-fault in an
early cout call in runTests (before it actually runs any of
them...). Not sure why yet.
