Background
On Feb. 25, 2004, William H. Gates will be visiting CMU as part of a
5-campus (UIUC, CMU, Cornell, MIT, Harvard) tour. He will be on
campus only during the morning. He will give a seminar from 10:00 to

Due to limited seating capacity, only people who have requested and
received permission to attend will be allowed in Rangos. McConomy

staff, and graduate students was sent by email on Friday, Feb. 20 at
1:00 pm. Both those who could be admitted and those who could not
were notified.
