Sherman went to court on Sept 23rd for his arraignment to enter the
guilty plea. He was released on bond and will go back to court to see
another judge sometime probably this week for conviction. The judge
either accepts or rejects the plea, and a sentencing date is given,
details of supervision, etc. Prosecutors are also asking the judge for
"reasonable limitations on computer access" which could disallow
Sherman from running Raisethefist.com.
