Course Summary

An advanced introduction to computational molecular biology. The first half of the course will focus on established computational methods. The second half of the course will explore emerging computational problems driven by the newest genomic research. Four to six problem sets, one midterm and one final exam. A project based on recent results from the literature is also required of 03-711 students.
