This 9 minute video illustrates the use of Visage to explore a public health dataset, NHANES.  The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) is conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It was designed to collect several thousand attributes about the health and diet of people in the United States. The current NHANES began in April 1999 and will be a continuous survey visiting 15 U.S. locations a year. It will survey approximately 5,000 people annually.
