Tiffany Sum is currently an undergraduate exchange student from Hong Kong, Tiffany Sum is trying something new in CMU. Having had the background of visual studies, critical theories, film/media history, installation art, computer art and video concepts and productions, Tiffany always dedicates herself to experiment with art, media and technology. Recently she has developed an interest in Robotic Art from the discussions of AI & A-Life, High-Dimensional Space and Evolutions. With working experiences in both local TV commercials and art institutes, “diversity” and “cooperation” are two valuable words that Tiffany incorporates into her projects. She is confident and ready to employ “new” ideas in the process of developing this unprecedented robot.
