Authors that need to exceed the 8 page limit may include $150 for each extra page on their registration fee payment. Authors are reminded that only two extra pages are allowed.

Workshop participants may purchase extra lunch tickets at $30 fee per ticket and extra banquet tickets at $50 per ticket.

Student Fee:This fee is only available for students that co-author a paper and are accompanying the faculty co-author who must present the paper. Students who present the paper themselves must pay the full fee although it is unlikely that the program for WORDS 2003 will have such student presenters. The student fee includes a copy of the proceedings and all the coffee breaks, but only lunch.

Early registration deadline is October 31, 2002.

The presenter’s registration fee is not refundable. Other registration fees can be refunded after the processing fee of $75 per each registration being cancelled is deducted only if written requests for cancellation of registrations are received before November 20, 2002.
