Alternate procedure:
Try just dragging folder Merge-ai to your hard disk.

Error messsage:

"I'm Getting the message cannot perform cyclic copy."

• This probably means you are either trying to install the software to the CD drive, or installing it from the hard drive to the hard drive after it's already installed.
